James took my call and helped us repair a mirror on my disabled mother-in-law car. They took great care of us. Highly recommend. Christy was very nice as well

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Charlie’s Auto Glass Installer of West Palm was quick, professional, and efficient. They repaired the rear passenger window on our Chevy Tahoe by installing a new motor and regulator, fixing the window after it had fallen off track. I was in and out in less than an hour, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend them for fast, honest, and quality service!

After having Charlie's Auto Glass install a front windshield in my 93 c1500. I do not recommend them to anyone. As you can see from the gap at the top of the windshield and poor quality window seal that will trap water and rust it out over time. I gave them the chance to redeem themselves and they came and installed another Chinese junk windshield and seal and after I asked him to use a better aftermarket glass I'm sure he didn't make any money on the job being that he had to come out twice and do the job two times so if you care about your vehicle and the quality of the fit and finish I do not recommend them due to the use of cheap aftermarket Chinese products. I have other pickup trucks of the same make and model and have had windshields replaced in the past and they did not come out like this garbage product they installed on my truck.

Great company, they'll beat any price you can find and get your car's glass fixed within hours of calling them compared to waiting days or weeks with other companies like the others had me waiting!
